To reset your account password:

1. From the login screen in the Mobile app or website, click on the "Forgot Password" link.

2. Enter the email address associated with your Safelyio account and press Continue

3. Check your email for and email from us with a link for you to create a new password

In the event you have not received this email within a couple of minutes, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still can't find an email from Raken, it may be that you have unsubscribed from our emails in the past. Simply drop us a message in the chat and we will manually reset your password for you.
